The Black Sea Trade and Investment promotion programme is a joint initiative of the government of the Hellenic Republic, of the government of the Republic of Turkey, the organization of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation and the United Nations Development Programme

The effective coordination and facilitation of the Programme's activities is achieved through close cooperation with Private Sector Institutions, referred to as "Focal Points", from each of the 12 countries covered by the Black Sea Trade and Investment Promotion Programme.
