He has been a successful consultant since 2003 for organizations such as Booz Allen, PricewaterhouseCoopers, IBM, World Bank, EU, UNDP and USAID.

Highlights include:

* Special advisor to the Romanian Prime Minister for business and investment issues
* Lead author of the Best-Practice Guide for a Positive Business and Investment Climate -- available in 5 languages!
* Completed multiple client satisfaction studies for one of the world's largest accounting firms and a market perception survey for a leading French firm.
* Advisor to the investment promotion agencies of Albania, Moldova, Romania, and Ukraine
* Developer of a highly successful trade mission of Romanian ICT companies to Moldova.
* Presented an outlook for technology markets in Eastern Europe on a live teleconference with portfolio managers.
* Analyzed capital markets in Timor-Leste and credit information bureaus in Romania for the World Bank
* Drafted successful qualifying bids, market strategies and business plans for clients.

Barry manages a company called Growth Strategy Consulting SRL, known as East Europe Strategy in the US, that offers a team of consultants for larger projects

Dita Daniela Drone currently holds the position of Officer in Charge of the Black Sea Trade and Investment Promotion Program (BSTIP). She became Business Broker of the programme in 2008 implementing business support activities for economic development in 12 countries of the region. Prior to the post in UNDP BSTIP she had obtained experience in governmental institutions and sectors of financial consulting and administration. Daniela has a degree in Political science/International relations and Master in Business Administration from ALBA graduate business school.

Artur Nadcrinicinii is a business broker with UNDP. He is supporting implementation of the Black Sea Trade and Investment Promotion Program (BSTIP). He holds a degree in Economics and postgraduate MBA. He has 10 years of previous professional experience in the private sector and has covered various fields in the areas of strategic and operational planning, sectoral studies & market research as well as business partnerships, trade and investment promotion.
